When we were in Vienna, the driver suddenly changed his mind and did not come to pick up the people who were supposed to attend the concert at night. Li Juan was very responsible while guiding the tour and contacting the car and people. She had to send more than 20 people to the Golden Hall for the concert, and send another 20 people back to the hotel. Then she paid for a taxi and subway to pick up the people who finished the concert. The car and driver found temporarily were only 2.5 euros more per person than the original price, which was very good.
